Privacy Policy.
This policy explains what data PickleSmash collects, why we collect it and how you can exercise your rights.
1 Who We Are
The PickleSmash service is owned and operated by DDT FZCO. Marketing and promotional activities for the service are carried out by VISATECH S.R.L on behalf of DDT FZCO. PickleSmash provides an online games subscription service (the "Service") billed through your mobile communications provider (the "Operator").
2 Data We Collect
To provide the Service, we collect and process the following data:
Subscription data. Your mobile phone number, subscription status, subscription date and the Operator through which you subscribed. This data is required to create, verify (via PIN code sent by SMS) and manage your subscription.
Usage data. Information about how you use the Service, such as the games you play, the pages you visit, your device type, browser and approximate location derived from your IP address.
Contact data. If you contact our customer support, we keep your message, your mobile number and/or email address so we can respond to you.
3 How We Use Your Data
We use your data to: provide and operate the Service; verify your subscription and process billing through your Operator; communicate with you about your subscription (including confirmation, renewal and termination messages by SMS); improve our games library and website; and, where permitted, send you promotional messages about the Service. You can opt out of promotional messages at any time by contacting customer support or by unsubscribing from the Service.
4 Sharing Your Data
We share your data only where necessary to provide the Service: with your Operator, for subscription billing and verification; with service providers who host or operate parts of the Service on our behalf; and with authorities where we are required to do so by law. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
5 Data Retention
We keep your subscription data for as long as your subscription is active and for a limited period afterwards, as required for billing, legal and accounting purposes. When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.
6 Data Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. Access to personal data is limited to staff and partners who need it to operate the Service.
7 Your Rights
Depending on the laws of your country, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to its processing or to withdraw your consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact our customer support using the details on the "Contact" page of this website and always include your mobile phone number.
8 Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page, and continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
9 Contact
For any questions about this privacy policy or the way we handle your data, please contact our customer support via the details provided on the "Contact" page of this website.
